At AquaCity, you can be as fit or as laid back as you like. The choice is yours, but for those in search of muscle toning, fitness, or wanting to train to competition standard, we have facilities for the most `serious' of swimmers.
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION STANDARD
AquaCity has hosted international sporting teams, from Ireland, Brazil and our own Slovak athletes, not just for our pools and fitness areas, but for the facilities of our cutting edge CryoTherapy Centre. Equally, we provide facilities for local schools and sports clubs wanting to use our pools and fitness centres to keep in trim and swimmers, competing on an international level.
50m OLYMPIC POOL
For serious swimmers, or those wanting to keep fit on holiday, AquaCity has its own competition standard, 50m Olympic sized indoor swimming pool, with starting blocks, timing clocks and lane swimming.
Close by are fitness centres with personal trainers who'll devise and oversee your training programmes.
CRYOTHERAPY
To help reach peak levels of fitness and alleviate sporting injuries AquaCity offers guests revolutionary CryoTherapy treatments, particularly beneficial to athletes and those with strains and sporting injuries as the treatment, optimising the benefits of extremes of temperature, stimulates healing hormones and enzymes to the site of injury.
