Getting around

Getting around

Getting around is easy and inexpensive.

The electric train system takes in the foothills of the High Tatras mountains on a continuous circuit, making it easy and enjoyable to get around, watching the countryside go by through panoramic windows, while travelling on one of the greenest modes of transport..

Buses are plentiful and uncrowded and our concierge and reception staff can advise on bus routes, the quickest way to the nearby train station and local bus and train timetables.

They can also rustle up a taxi in no time at all, for a quick shopping trip to Poprad or further afield.

Poprad is very well connected by rail and road over the border into Poland, to destinations such as Zakopane or Krakow, and to Slovakia's own capital, Bratislava, as well as to towns in closer proximity to AquaCity.
