YEAR ROUND FUN
AquaCity is all about having fun in the water, at the same time of minimising the resort's carbon footprint.
We've masses of indoor and outdoor pools, all naturally heated using green energy, with slides, chutes, jets and flumes, twisting toboggans and vast areas of geothermal water, for swimming and having fun year round, whatever the weather.
FUN FOR ADULTS
Adults will love the mineral rich waters of the Blue Diamond pools, with their bubble benches, jets, swim up bar, subtle lighting and contemporary surroundings. Newly built in 2007, the Blue Sapphire Centre, incorporating photo-cells in the building's facade, generates power while guests enjoy the different massage jets, chromotherapy effects and warm shallow waters.
FUN FOR KIDS
Outdoors are three stainless steel-lined pools, for splashing around or serious swimming, while indoors we have the Olympic sized pool and a lovely shallow toddler pools. During the summer months, from June to September, kids can splash around on the magnificent Mayan Pyramid, a 20m high structure surrounded by splash pools and with showers, fountains, toboggans and slides.
With plans for even more in the future, including a vast tropical beach centre, AquaCity is THE place to come for water fun.
