The AquaCity Club is a reward programme we offer to all our AquaCity Poprad customers in order to enhance the quality of our service and the range of special discounts.
After completing the application to the AquaCity Club reward programme, you will receive an electronic Club Card. Then you can start collecting points when using the services of AquaCity Poprad. The more points you collect, the higher your discount on tickets.
The completed application should be delivered in person to AquaCity Poprad. Before you obtain your Club Card and full membership, the information stated in your application needs to be verified against your ID card or passport, and your photograph scanned to ensure the efficient identification of AquaCity Club members.
- Submit the duly completed application to the front-end staff at the ground floor cash desk at the AquaCity Poprad facility.
- To become an AquaCity Club member, you must have attained age 15.
- The initial entry fee for Club membership is SK 150.
- Immediately upon registration you are entitled to a 10% discount on all admissions to AquaCity Poprad*.
- For each SK 1 paid for selected services at AquaCity Poprad, 1 Club Point will be credited to your personal Club Account.
- The Club Card is not transferable and you can purchase up to 4 admissions with one Card.
- You can collect points and enjoy your Club Card for the period of 12 months from the issuance date. Thereafter your point tally will be cancelled and you start collecting points anew. Your Club Card remains valid for 36 months.
- The AquaCity Club card is a universal card and also enables you to obtain discounts under the Sphere Card reward programme. You may use the card in retail stores with the Sphere Card logo
in more than 6,000 outlets across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, obtaining 5-30% discounts on purchased products and services.

Please notify the cashier in advance about the use of your Club Card for payment.

* New members of the AquaCity Club with permanent residence in the districts of Poprad, Kežmarok, Spišská Nová Ves, Levoča, Liptovský Mikuláš, Brezno, and Rožňava will obtain an entry bonus of 10,000 points. This will entitle them to a discount of 20% on admissions to AquaCity immediately upon registration. Points thus rewarded will not be subject to cancellation after 12 months.
**The use of the Club Card to obtain discounts on admissions to AquaPark or the AquaCity’s CryoTherapy Centre is limited to four admissions at one purchase. The use of your Card for accommodation services is only applicable for payments for one room.
***When topping up credit on the electronic chip-wristlet, the catering services consumed cannot be credited as Club Points to the Club Card holder’s account for technical reasons.
