For groups of 40 people or more, we offer 20% off the valid ticket price on the Thermal packet, Blue Diamond packet and Vital packet.Free entry for one conductor for each 20 persons of the group.
Discounts cannot be combined.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
VITAL WORLD SPA
Additional surcharge for entering the Vital world centre with purchased Thermal or Blue Diamond ticket is 9 EUR.
The Vital World can be entered only once for the whole duration of the purchased ticket. Children under 6 years are not allowed to enter the Vital World and entry for children from 6 to 15 years is allowed only if accompanied by an adult over 18 years. Vital World capacity is limited, please ask for the actual number of visitors at the cash desks.
TIME LIMIT
All tickets include a free half an hour to allow for changing and refreshments. Each additional half hour is subject to a supplement of 2,00 EUR (60,25 SKK)

LOSS OF WRISTBAND CHIP AND SAFE KEY
A charge of 33,00 EUR (994,16 SKK) applies for the loss of the wristband chip or the loss of the safe key.
PAYMENTS FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
The wristband chip can be used to purchase food and drinks on debit, payment is maid at the cash desks upon exit.
